Traveling Calligrapher – Hishin

Born in Ehime, Japan. I picked up my first brush at age 4 and have been practicing Japanese calligraphy for over 25 years.

At 18, I went on a solo backpacking trip around the world. Along the way, I fell in love with my own culture again — especially the beauty and depth of calligraphy. That journey sparked my mission:

“To deliver meaningful words from Japan to the world — one brushstroke at a time.”

I create personalized calligraphy works and provide digital brush lettering designs. In Japan, I’ve worked on sumo wrestler belts, shop branding, and more.

My dream is to become a “Traveling Calligrapher Around the World,” connecting with people and enriching hearts through the art of writing.

With just one brush, my journey continues.

And maybe one day, I’ll write in your city too.

初めまして。

旅する書道家・飛心（ひしん）です。

愛媛県出身、4歳から筆を握り、書道歴は25年以上。

18歳のとき、世界をひとり旅していた中であらためて日本文化の素晴らしさに感動し、「書道で日本を伝えたい」と強く思うようになりました。

「大切な人の、大切な言葉を、世界中に筆で届けたい」

そんな思いを胸に、オーダー作品や筆文字データを通して、日々“想い”を形にしています。

日本では、相撲の関取まわしや店舗ロゴなども手がけてきました。

そして今は、“地球一周・旅する書道家”を目指して、海外でも活動を広げています。

筆を通して、たくさんのご縁に出会い、誰かの心をふっとあたたかくできたら嬉しいです。
